Tesla Tempe

Our appointment was on 08/12/26, because our M3 AC was blowing hot even after we rebooted the touchscreen. Yvonne made the drop off and SAME DAY pick up super easy. I was even able to still do my vehicle pick up even though I came in a few minutes after closing. Grateful for all her help!

I had an appointment last week and arrived 20 minutes early. I completed the vehicle drop-off and waited for instructions through the Tesla app or a call from a Tesla Advisor. After waiting in the lobby for more than an hour and a half without any updates, I finally went to ask what was happening. I was then told that the work would not be performed until the following week because the technician was unavailable, and that I could simply leave and keep an eye on the app. Not only was this never communicated to me proactively, but I also wasn't offered an Uber ride or a loaner vehicle, even though I would be without my car for several days.

Took our Tesla here to have our windshield replaced and picked it up with damages to our rear view mirror cover, rattling from the windshield as well as loose threading coming out from the driver side panel. Reported these damages within the first 30 mins of picking up. They said they would follow up with us and we have not heard anything back. We’ve called several times, left several messages, sent several service messages and none have been returned. Instead they closed our service ticket out leaving us no more options to communicate with them. This is the second time we have taken our Tesla in to this location and have had to bring it back with more issues than it came with.

Took my Model S in for service, they charged me to fix the gap on my passenger door. Picked it up the car and it's still in the same condition that I brought it in broken. They did not fix this correctly and want me to drive an hour so they can take a look again. And I payed them for this service. I won't be going back to this service center and dealer ship for anything..

My appointments (2) were great—I didn’t wait at all, and within about 15 mins they already had an update for me. Everyone, from management to the mechanic, worked quickly, stayed friendly, and made the whole process feel seamless. The few issues they handled on the spot, which made a big difference. Paulina was a great service advisor, and Dominic was just as helpful during a separate visit. And Luis, my mechanic, went above and beyond both times. Excellent work all around. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them.
