Tesla is a mixed bag. I love the car. But service department doesn't make you feel valued consistently. It feels like they want to justify why they can't help rather than put the effort in to help.

I bought a brand-new Tesla two months ago. I just got my license plate and went to the Tesla service center because the screws needed to put the plate on were not included with the car. When I asked for help, the lady at the front desk (Mandy) didn’t even try to assist me. She didn’t listen or care about my problem. For such an expensive car, I expected much better service. It’s frustrating to spend so much money and not even get help with something as small as a screw. Tesla really needs to improve how they treat their customers.

I recently brought my Tesla in for three issues: a tire rotation, a “front motor disabled” alert, and some trim displacement. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The check-in staff were very helpful and made the process smooth. I was given a loaner car while mine was being serviced, which made things so convenient. The repairs were completed much faster than expected—originally quoted at 4 days but finished in just 2. When I picked up my car, it was fully charged and ready to go, which was a fantastic touch. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the service and the professionalism of the team here. Highly recommend this Tesla Service Center!
