My first experience with Tesla service here went great. They were able to get me in sooner than I scheduled in the app. Replaced the damaged part (debris on road hit the underneath) in a timely fashion, and the cost was reasonable.

Great experience! The lady that let me test drive a model Y was super knowledgeable and really nice. She explained all the features and accessories. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Tesla scheduled my appointment at 8:30 AM, promised completion by noon, and confirmed a loaner vehicle would be available. None of that happened. No loaner. Misleading information about demo vehicles. And after waiting, they casually pushed the completion time to 5 PM like my time doesn’t matter. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is shocking for a company like Tesla. Great cars mean nothing if the service is this unreliable.

Definitely worth the drive to Tulsa, OK. Kyle gave us a tour, explaining the various driving aspects, and then let us go on a 30 minute test drive. They are so futuristic! We even used the self driving feature, odd not knowing what to do with your hands. Great experience and information! Thanks
