Amazing service! If you're in the area I highly recommend Naples over Fort Myers. I had an issue with my brake lines. They put me in a loaner no problem and fixed the issue completely. The issue was a recent bulletin so they covered the entire cost minus diagnostic charge. Nick Weiner from service was a huge help, the entire service staff was fantastic. We were very discouraged on Tesla after dealing with Fort Myers, Naples has completely restored our faith in this brand. Highly recommend Tesla Naples - Radio Road!!

Went in to buy a Tesla today and no luck! First I checked this locations website to make sure they had a model 3 performance and a model Y performance, and the website said they did. Perfect. Drove 40 minutes from Estero to test drive and was disappointed to hear they had neither. Was offered to test drive these models in the all wheel drive model since they would be similar. Then I was offered the tests drives but would have to be the passenger since I don’t have a U S A drivers license. I have a Canadian drivers license. Very odd to me since my Canadian auto insurance covers me in the USA when I rent vehicles here all the time when at my home in Estero. Walked out. Called the Fort Myers Tesla location and explained/asked if I could test drive vehicles at that location. Apparently I can.

Had a great experience with Sefa who was an entertaining consultant and took me for a self drive demo. He also followed up a day later with a voicemail to make sure I had all my questions answered. I am still on the fence but after the visit to Naples tesla we are definitely leaning more towards giving one a try early next year.

Just gave up my '12 Model S with 175k miles on it (1400th ever built). Now get to enjoy the Model Y.. what an amazing experience! Full-self driving has become unreal!

I was a little nervous going in to the Tesla store not quite knowing what to expect. In my first visit the store was completely empty so I got a very friendly and personalized tour of both the model s and model x which are both on display beautifully in the small show room. I currently drive a very modest compact car and was dressed down so appreciated the salesman still living kind and respectful. I asked about a test drive and was surprised to hear "sure we'd love to take you out..." From their I scheduled the test drive of the model s. The day before my appointment I received an email and call from the manager to confirm. I showed up and Chris the manager (and test driver) was awesome. I've never had such a thorough review of a car for a test drive and it was the best experience I've had at a dealership.
