Had an awesome experience picking up my new Tesla! It's not your typical dealership. It's just basically a giant garage with a very nice lounge with two high school kids in the front.

Zero stars. Go to Tampa location . Service center inspected my rims when new tires were installed. Said one had a bend that could cause a slight vibration but did not require a replacement. Got home and on the next day tire was flat. Took rim off and saw the rim was completely cracked. Took it back and their response was I must have hit a pothole on the way home which did not happen. You can clearly see the scuff from the tire machine where the crack is and even though it’s not common for tire machine to cause a rim to crack, when it does it a large rim on a low profile tire or an inexperienced operator. I needed it replaced so I paid full price for a rim replacement that they damaged at install. Then they did not check the tire pressure sensor on the wheel they replaced because it did not work after the install. I was done with that location because everything they seemed to touch no longer worked and took it to Tampa which fixed the problem and apologized for the experience at Wesley Chapel. Will never go to that location again.

Between the top-tier technology and the exceptional support from the staff, Tesla has truly set a new bar for the automotive industry. Tesla is the GOAT.
