Everyone was fantastic at helping me get my car. It was a very smooth transition. My license plate was installed, the car was immaculate and fully charged. Thanks for an awesome car. Self driving is unbelievable!

I have a model S that I paid cash for and there's a piece of chrome molding around the right rear window that just all of a sudden became un glued when I drove my car to the service department in Bloomfield on Haggerty Road the service technician begin to tell me that the whole piece would have to be replaced and could cost me upwards of $1000 as I proceeded to ask him why I had to pay anything for something that just came loose on its own the conversation escalated and the service manaoger came out and politely told me to glue it back myself. I think the service was a lot lackluster I mean, you pay $100,000 for a vehicle and this is the respect that you get whatever happened to customer service I mean I'm just saying this is probably my last Tesla future Tesla shoppers beware the customer service is below average. you may also find me on YouTube with my video review of this experience with Tesla, Bloomfield, Michigan

Absolutely worst and most careless service department in area. Lied to me before I bought the car about features available after upgrade and damaged my car multiple times while in their possession. They put parts of my vehicle on the hood of the car during service which led to paint damage when they slid off the hood. They tried to buff out the scratches but that didn't work. I had the entire side of the car repainted due to some scuffs in the passenger side. Nearly $13,000 worth of paint work and the car was back to them the day after I picked it up from the body shop and they were supposed to be installing the radio module they forgot to install when the MCU was installed. While they had it they shattered my back glass while in service despite telling me how careful they are with people's cars, $109,000 worth of car to be exact. They were trying to find a way to blame their careless work on me. Well I drove down in monsoon rains almost 2 hours and my car was completely intact and I even asked them to be careful with the car due to the money I just paid to have the paint fixed. While they were trying to replace the rear glass they gouged the paint on both rear quarters and a rear door and put a ding on the rear quarter where they were careless while reinstalling the window and razor gouges all around the rear hatch where they cut out the bits of glass from their "careful" service. They broke a bunch of hatch panel clips too, but they admitted fault for the glass and the clips so they Installed a new window and sent a tech out to replace the broken clips. The scratches on both side of the rear are clearly from the snaps or buttons on the pants of the two people that set the new window in. They even went as far to try to say that the car came from the paint shop that way. These guys and their unintelligent service writers/managers shouldn't be touching any cars. I have made a complaint to the state attorney generals office and have my insurance and a law firm attempting collection of damages and if we have to go to court then they will be buying a car from me as they have caused serious depreciation due to negligence on their part and likely lack of training with their service technicians. This has been going in for a year now. And if you take your car there get good pictures like I did before I took it in each time as they clearly can't respect other people's property. You might need those pictures for court.

This new Tesla Service Center in West Bloomfield Hills is excellent. I always come here for service on both of my Teslas. The people here are great and truly try to do their job well. The last service I had done was an alignment, and no other place was able to do it as well and as perfectly as Tesla Service. The team here is professional and pays close attention to every concern you bring up. They carefully address the issues and take your questions seriously. If you need an alignment for a Tesla, I would recommend doing it only at a Tesla Service Center. Thank you very much to the Tesla team for all the work you do for me. I truly appreciate it.

I’ve been here multiple times. They claimed they tested and went for a test drive and that a rattle was “solved” and had me pick the car up outside of business hours so I couldn’t refuse the resolution. Twice. Not only has the rattle gotten WORSE both times, there’s zero chance anyone could call this resolved. You don’t even have to drive anywhere to reproduce it. Theres also a reception worker there named Ryan who must have zero happiness in his life because he has treated my existence as an inconvenience every time I’ve interacted with him.
