Tesla West Chester

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They harm the Tesla brand and don’t offer real assistance. I had a terrible experience with the Service department at West Chester Tesla. Joe, a “senior” representative, acted oddly and wasn’t helpful. His boss, Cody, ignored my escalation request. My new Tesla Y, which I’ve brought in four times in the first three months, still shakes at highway speeds, but the dealership claims it’s fine. On my fourth visit, Joe told me to arbitrate with Tesla because they wouldn’t fix it. The service was poor, damaged the Tesla brand, and the company reps offered no help.

I already posted something about it on X, hoping Tesla would see it, because I’m always astounded by the care and effort put into my car and my personal satisfaction as the customer. I’m sure the service is good at most any Tesla service center, but I will only go to the West Chester one because I’ve never had better service with any vehicle anywhere else (I’ve needed repairs twice plus maintenance). They worked to get me in sooner, keep the repairs affordable, and have the work done in a timely fashion. This really meant a lot, as the temperature sensor wasn’t working and I botched the repair on it, so I was stuck commuting 2-2.5 hours a day, with no AC, in the hottest month of the year. Every member of the service team I talked to maintained a bearing of professional courtesy that was indicative of the culture created by the management team and Tesla as a whole. The communication of the team is incredible as well. Even when they’re very busy, they make sure that you are consistently updated. I saw them speak with many other customers while I was there and they try to create genuine connections. They don’t obfuscate, upcharge, or pressure you into unnecessary work. They take their time with customers and treat them equally, with no differentiation between those who know very little about their vehicle and those who make Tesla part of their identity. I really enjoy my Tesla Model Y, but as with any car, you’ll always find your qualms. With that being said, I won’t be using a different brand for my daily driver, if for no other reason than the extreme level of effort and care that I get here. The team at Tesla West Chester is where I’ll be buying a new car, in a few months, because I know that I can always get the best from them. P.S. - My only recommendation is a nap pod for longer service appointments. ;)

We picked up our Model Y from this location last week. It's a different car buying experience. Everything is done through the app in advance and we were asked in the app to schedule a time to pick up the car from this location. When we reached, we were welcomed by the representative Mr. Sean, he showed the car, explained everything. Then he explained about the documents I need to sign. Then he fixed the temporary license plate and we left in about 40 minutes. Mr. Sean was very professional and friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

Derrick was a great service advisor. Friendly, knowledge and keep me informed throughout the repair. The service team did a great job too, my car now handles like brand new. I'll be coming back here if I need service again.

Had a very great experience at this dealership. Test drove a Tesla Model Y Premium AWD for the entire day and the Tesla Advisors were very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. I will definitely be back at this location to purchase my first Tesla once I find the right car available to purchase. Highly recommend checking this place out, my Tesla Advisor at this location was Kevin.
