1. I arrived two hours early to pick up the car. Kris, the customer service representative at the front desk, was very accommodating; after checking my reservation, he told me I could pick up the car after a 30-minute wait. 2. Anthony gave me a very detailed demonstration of how to set up the new car and how to use it. Paid full cash for a "new" car — got scratches, paint chips, a broken seat, and zero accountability. Took delivery here of my Model Y. The car had multiple exterior scratches, paint chips on the body, damaged trim panels on several windows, a stained center console, and a driver seat that wouldn't adjust properly. 7 defects in total, all documented and submitted as a Service Request. The delivery specialist never told me I had the right to refuse the vehicle — just told me to take it home and file a complaint through the app. This is not how you treat someone who just spent $54K ish. Think twice before choosing this location!

Classic bait-and-switch. Provided verified odometer photos (182,148 miles) weeks ago, and Tesla issued a $2,000 price details. On delivery day, GM Jacqueline forced an extra $400 payment, claiming the mileage was 'new information'—even though their OWN printed documents already had the 182,148 miles on it (see photo). Management was hostile and unprofessional. I paid under duress to take delivery but signed everything 'Under Protest' (U.P.). Filing with DMV and BBB next. Avoid this location for their dishonest practices.

My First Hand experience with Tesla is good ,Its my first time wit Tesla and its been good so far , My service Adviser CHRISTOPHER was gem of a guy he did his best to help me navigate through my appointment, they were definitely short handed , appointment was at 9.30 it took them more than 45 minutes to get to me and another 30 to get technicians for test drive , My only issue was that attendant told me to stand by car and I stood there 40 minutes , most staff showed up after 10 looks like so it got easy after , i wish they told me there is waiting room , many people were standing by their vehicle very patiently waiting but everything else was smooth but not cool to keep people waiting not getting to them in timely fashion is not cool at all . I was given nice loaner , I like to thank Chris again for help took some time to resolve payment issue requested a call back and was eventually taken care , technician was also very helpful during test Drive all and all good, as i said this my first time with Tesla and at end two 👍👍 for service team thanks Again

​First-time Tesla buyer here! My initial experience with VIKTOR was disappointing very dry, no smile, lacked any enthusiasm, and seemingly zero interest in helping us. He even declined to assist us during the final pickup. However, the experience completely turned around thanks to GIO. He provided the exact type of 'Tesla experience' you’d hope for informative, patient, and exciting. Manager JUSTIN was also great and made us feel valued. 5 stars for Gio and Justin, 1 star for Viktor.
