TERRIBLE service. Went to return my car at night and seen scuff marks and my car mat dirty on the inside of my car. Came back to them this morning to fix it, and now my wheel covers were missing. Just went to complain and get my tire covers back, and they told me they would’ve brought it to me. So why when I called about it 30 minutes prior to coming, that wasn’t mentioned???????????? I drove all the way back from Delray. Very unprofessional service area and I’ve only had this car for two weeks. Definitely makes me rethink the purchase. I should’ve went with another Mercedes instead

Alvin set us up on a test drive. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. I like the no pressure sales approach because they don’t work on commission. He also did a self driving demo for us which was awesome. The technology is insane. Nice clean showroom with complimentary sodas and coffee. The restroom was well maintained too.

I had some trouble (self inflicted) with a few wrinkles in setting up my new (to me) Model S Plaid, and being in the area this am, I dropped in on the dealership to see if anyone could help. I was directed to service, and as I approached the desk, a helpful person looked up and asked if I needed assistance. Yes, please! Chelsea gave a good greeting and listened while I explained. She then immediately told me she could help, and asked to see the car. Within minutes she had found where I was confused and solved the issues on the spot, including connecting two new spare keys I had brought with me. Way to represent, Chelsea! 5 stars to you today, your team should be proud. Thanks, M Sheehan

Been here two times. My first visit was to get my Tesla looked at, and the second was to pick up a Tesla. They make everything very easy. You simply drop off your Tesla for maintenance, and when they pick up a new Tesla, they drive and park the vehicle in a spot in the Tesla-only lot, with your name tag waiting for you on the dashboard. You have to use the Tesla app pretty much for everything but in my opinion, if you are not tech savvy it’s pretty easy to use or they have very helpful and friendly staff waiting to assist you. I also love how much the showroom has to offer with very cool things to look at while you are waiting. The place is so clean that it’s almost spotless.

I had an excellent experience with Ali during my Tesla process. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to every detail. He made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend Ali—he did a fantastic job!
