Tesla Westbury

Don’t come here looking to buy a car unless you’re over 40 and have a college degree which is ironic because everyone that works here is 18 years old and obviously has never had any experience in the American education system. My boyfriend and I came in here today and walked in to be ignored by all representatives until we finally caught the attention of one person that worked there. When we asked to look at cars, she seemed confused that we were looking to purchase a vehicle at a car dealership. She looked at us extremely confused and asked what we meant when we asked if she could show us some of the Model 3s. Absolutely mind blowing experience, especially for this young employee we spoke to who suddenly realized today that she did indeed work at a car dealership.

Derrick was a pleasure to work with as our Delivery Team Advisor at Westbury Tesla. He meticulously walked us through every question we had, making everything easy to understand. The rest of the Tesla advisors at Westbury were just as helpful throughout our pre-owned buying process. They guided us through the entire signup process and were there for all of our requests and needs.

I had a few issues with my Tesla model 3 recently. The team at Tesla Westbury was very patient and happy to help through the whole process. Special thank you to Amanda for helping me get the fixes I needed done with ease, and for being so polite, professional and kind during the whole time my car was being fixed. Amanda went above and beyond to assist and had great communication during the couple weeks my car was being fixed. Thank you to Jaden as well. Jaden was super kind and quick to diagnose and address the issue I had with drivers side door seal. He was very professional and efficient and explained to me the issue and the fix in detail. Nick was a great help as well getting me in for some rust repair and assuring me it will be taken care of. Thank you!

Bought a car from here 2 weeks ago the process was easy all threw the app they had me in and out the dealership in 45min which I love what I will say I disliked though is my car did not come detailed inside or out kinda crazy for a 35k car I wouldn’t have been to upset but they specifically told me they were going to detail it before I picked it up there were stains on the headliner and the outside was dirty there were also some spots were it looks like they took off the headliner and didn’t put it back on the right way other then that love the car everything else is perfect

This review pertains to the service department at Tesla Westbury. Appointments for service must be booked on the app (make sure to attach photos to your booking). Do not try to call by phone (they don’t pick up the phone here). When you show up, just drive your car into the garage door and wait for a Tesla agent. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest (the staff is not incentivized to boost income at the service center). Prices are high here, but that’s expected for Tesla cars (the price cannot be negotiated down even one penny - Tesla Corporate sets prices and employees cannot budge from those prices). After you’ve given them your car, check the Tesla app for the status of the fix (the device center closes at 7:00pm, but you can pick up your car from the parking lot yourself without assistance, after 7pm). The service center is good for software issues with your Tesla as well as mechanical issue (but again, far from cheap). Loaner Cars: they had 5 loaner cars available for me (and they also offered me Uber Credits instead of a loaner car).
