I’m very mixed about a recent service experience. My windscreen was cracked and needed replaced on my 2024 model 3. Scheduling and communicating through the Tesla app was easy and the glass replacement was great. The overall experience was lacking. First, this service requires the car be left with them for two days. I requested a loaner and there was, in my opinion, plenty of time to make one available. Instead, they provided Uber credits at $100/day. Fair enough, except that I live an hour away and the ride home was more than $100. Second, they did not keep my inspection sticker. Normally this is given back to you with a corner of the old glass so that you can take it to a station with the glass invoice for a replacement. When I messaged them through the app about it, they said to check the passenger side footwell. It wasn’t there. When I asked them to please check the shop, they closed the chat and ended the conversation without another word. I was never rude and I never made demands. It pretty much felt like a face slap. I hope courtesy at the Bridgeville location is better because I don’t currently recommend the Wexford shop.

I had an appointment at 11 am for a TIRE ROTATION and my vehicle wasn’t taken in till 2 min before noon. And I know that because the technician told me when it got taken in. Additionally, I wasn’t out of the service center till 12:35. Over an hour and half service for a service that realistically takes 30 minutes top to complete. To top it off when I asked one of the employees why it took so long, his response was because most of the technicians were on lunch break. That is not my problem nor my issue to worry about and instead of apologizing for the mishap the employee just proceeds to say “ it wasn’t that long”. It is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable for appointment times not to be honored yet we the PAYING CUSTOMERS are required to schedule service appointments and still pay full price for mishaps that are not done on our end. I even ended up missing another one of my appointments that I had scheduled at 12:30 and was charged a no show fee because apparently it is my issue that Tesla technicians were on lunch and my appointment time couldn’t be honored. Maybe next time don’t tell a customer at the time of making the appointment that the service would be super quick and that I’d have a half hour appointment and would be in and out. I was told one thing, made an appointment and expected that to be met and honored and instead was told “they only went over by a little bit” a little bit is 5 minutes, shoot I’ll even give yall 15 min but an hour and 35 minutes for a service that takes no longer than half hour is absolutely crazy, inconsiderate and completely unprofessional. And to top it off, it was my first service appointment visit. I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied. I thought that Tesla would hold themselves to higher standards and take pride in honoring their paying customers but apparently I was wrong. If I could give no stars I would! Extremely disappointing!

I want to make others aware of my experience at the Tesla Wexford location. This was, without question, the worst buying experience I’ve encountered. I had fully committed and purchased a Juniper Premium but ultimately canceled due to how I was treated. Basic questions went unanswered, communication was extremely poor, and the level of arrogance—especially from management—was both surprising and unacceptable. Buyers deserve transparency, respect, and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Worst Experience with Tesla – A Life-Threatening Defect and No Support We recently purchased a used Tesla Model 3 from a dealership for $31,000. The car had low mileage, was in excellent condition, and everything was under warranty. However, after just one month of use, the airbags suddenly deployed on their own—without any accident, for no reason, while driving. Thankfully, this happened at low speed on a ramp, but I still sustained minor injuries. If this had happened on the highway, I could have died. God saved me. When we took the car to the Tesla Service Center, they blamed me, saying I “pressed the brakes too hard.” They refused to repair the car, take responsibility, or offer any compensation. But on the highway, cars cut in front of you all the time—of course, you have to brake to avoid accidents! I have plenty of experience driving Teslas, and nothing like this has ever happened before. Clearly, this is a factory defect. Tesla has had numerous recalls, and this is just another example of their ongoing safety issues. The service center insists this is not Tesla’s fault. So now, I’m stuck with a $31,000 car that became worthless after one month, yet I still have to pay off the loan. Is this what Tesla calls quality? And they want to sell Optimus robots? If a Tesla vehicle can nearly kill someone and they just blame the customer, what can we expect from their robots? Maybe one day, a software bug will cause them to harm someone, and Tesla will again deny responsibility. I am extremely disappointed with Tesla. They make big promises before selling you the car, but afterward, they completely abandon you. P.S. I’ve attached pictures of how Tesla returned my car after service. They simply told me to find another repair shop. Thank you, Tesla, for giving me extra work and more expenses. Now I understand why Chinese EVs are better, cheaper, and have great customer service.

Convenient location and friendly staff. I went there for service and found it was very efficient. All steps of your service appointment are noted in the Tesla app, so there is no question or concern. You also know exactly how much it is going to cost before you go in. Nice lounge to relax in with coffee and water provided. Easy to get to and convenient location. New process makes it much easier during the service process.
