Tesla Whitehall

On Saturday I visited the dealership checking out there vehicles on the lot. Eric who I believe is the sales manager provided amazing customer service and was very professional, my siblings are big fans of the Cybertruck he happily showed them the vehicle and the self drive feature. Overall I had an amazing experience at this location. I returned on Monday and Evan was also very accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership

Great Tesla Service Center, I had little problem with my car they took me in same day and also gave me a loaner to use it was nice and easy the service manager Julio help me he was nice and easy going and attended to all of my needs... all the employees were very pleasant and respectful.

I just went there for a test drive, very clean showroom, employees were nice and very knowledgeable of any questions I had. I went in to ask some questions about the vehicles and purchasing one, i got a clear rundown of everything i needed to know and more (like incentives, current promotions etc…) test drive went amazingly the employee knew everything (even some tricky questions) and showcased the cars capabilities phenomenally. Great workers and great place.

Very convenient location to get to. Easy in and out and no need to go sauntering through a mall like at King of Prussia. All of the people were exceptionally nice and every time I've been there, which has been three so far, was a 10 out of 10.

This is a new service center, so it is very clean and organized. There is some decently comfortable seating to use while waiting, along with plenty ot access to power outlets for those who need them. Plenty of light snacks as well including Biscoff! The service advisor I had was very friendly, attentive, and kept me updated during my entire visit. I would definitely return here when needed as it is close to my home and the service has been great so far.
