Tidewater Auto Electric

Assured me they could diagnose my electrical problem for $150.00. After that, like clockwork, they wanted another higher fee to do more diagnostics. A lot of shops don't even have the capability to fix a car, they just charge for endless diagnostics. Also punched a hole in my drivers seat.

Great service! Our 2003 Honda had a bizarre tail light wiring assembly that a previous owner had rigged. When it failed, our regular mechanic recommended Tidewater Auto Electric. They were able to fix the problem and found and resolved another electrical problem that had been plaguing the vehicle. It did take a couple of weeks, but was worth it. A shout out to Amber, Ainsley and the rest of the team. Thank you!

These guys know there stuff. Been going with any electrical issue in my vehicle I have had. They also do a great job installing radios and cameras to older vehicles that did not have that option. They make it look like the tadio/ camera was built into the vehicle. No wires hanging out. Great job!

If your black and you need electrical assistance with your vehicle in the 757 tidewater area? DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE to this shop ever !! I was told to be seated in the waiting area and watch other people come in and out while I sat for 2 hours unattended too until I got fed up and walked out, still at this time no one said a word !! I can’t believe places still operate like this in 2026.. it’s a shame

My work van needed a lot of work and they did it. The service was good and the van is running great. Will be returning
