Torque Automotive Industries - Hybrid Diagnostic, Repair, & Maintenance Shop

I will never take my vehicles to any other shop! The service is fast, transparent, reliable and incredibly friendly. Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair company! I’m sending everyone I know to Torque!

The service was great, the customer service was excellent, and the price for my Toyota Sienna was very reasonable. Torque Automotive is now my go-to shop for any services my vehicles need. I highly recommend them! Their little dog, Takumi, also made the wait much more enjoyable.

My wife and I have 3 highlanders (not even hybrids) and this is where we take all of them. Why? Because they are good people and honest. They are the best I've ever dealt with as far as letting you know what really should be done vs. what can be put off or ignored completely, rather than just trying to push costly services like some places. Their prices are very fair and they know Toyotas (not only the hybrid ones) inside and out! If you want your car fixed without worrying about being tricked or pressured into paying for services you don't really need...this is the place to go. Best mechanic in Salem in my opinion!!

Torque has been taking care of my second generation Sequoia for almost a year now, for everything from brakes to engine to electrical. They are absolutely outstanding to work with, fair, knowledgeable, friendly and SO. FAST. For instance, my family was packing up to leave for a spring break camping trip in the dunes, when I discovered we needed a water pump. At 11 am on a Friday, Torque got the part ordered and delivered from Portland, and Hai installed it the moment it got off the truck. I had the truck by 3pm THE SAME DAY! I cannot possibly recommend them highly enough. They really care about their work, and about their customers.

I recently had my 20-year-old Lexus serviced at Torque Automotive Industries, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Sherry and Shawn were incredibly nice, helpful, and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Joshua, the technician, did a fantastic job on my vehicle, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. It’s refreshing to find a family-owned business that truly values customer service and quality workmanship. Knowing they have a certified ASE Master Technician who specializes in Japanese cars on staff gave me even more confidence in the service I received. I highly recommend Torque Automotive Industries to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and friendly automotive care.
