Triad Electric Solutions - Greensboro Electrician

I recently had work done at my home which entailed installing a new circuit from the panel to my outdoor shed and patio/grill area. The project was the result of extensive testing (continuity) of several circuits due to a breaker that repeatedly popped. Once diagnosed, the process from quote to completion was handled with respect and professionalism along with a genuine concern for cost minimisation and safety. During the project David (the owner) visited the home to review progress. David’s employees (Raphael, Francisco, Austin and Alan) were competent, professional and respectful, creating peace of mind for my wife and I. Additionally, Teresa in the office was very helpful, keeping us abreast of the schedule via phone and text. I have worked with several electrical contractors over the years and none have come close to Triad Electric Solutions. These folks are my go-to for any and all electrical work henceforth.

I have used them twice. They are fast and do good work. However, there are two things I didn't like about their business. Two different times I made an online request for service and both times, no one responded. When I called to make an appointment, I never received a confirmation to my email. I believe all businesses that have websites, should respond to online request for service and once a reservation is confirmed, it should go directly to their email.

I am super happy and satisfied with the quality and professionalism of this business. David came to my house, for an “emergency”, because the tech that was supposed to come, was still busy on a job. I really, truly, believe he went above and beyond for me. He explained everything to me, in ways I could easily understand, was honest, and so thorough in the inspection and repair I needed. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will be doing business with them again in the near future. Professional, friendly, honest, and affordable.

Triad Electric is a great company to work with from my experience. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. David did whatever he could to get the job done in a timely manner and sent me real time updates whenever the status of the job changed. The price was reasonable and they did a great job overall.
