I don't often write negative reviews, but my experience at your establishment was unfortunately disappointing. I brought my car in for an electrical problem, and it seems only a brief OBD2 scan was performed. While I agreed to an eight-hour timeframe and the associated payment, I was later informed that the repair was deemed too time-consuming and ultimately unprofitable for your business. I have since had my vehicle successfully repaired elsewhere.

Been taking my cars there the last 14 years, always a fair price and shows me the parts that were worn our damaged. **Update. I took my vehicle to Victor a couple of weeks ago (November 2024) after a mechanic in my new town that I relocated to couldn't figure it out after two trips to him! Wasted $500 on that mechanic and he did some things that I told him weren't going to be the issue and the check engine light kept coming back on. I ended up taking it back to Ventura to Victor, and Victor figured it out and I haven't had an issue with my vehicle since and it's been a month! 🙂👍 That's the one bad thing about moving out of town, you can't bring your good mechanics with you!

Got an oil change for a fair price and in a timely manner! Although, I was a bit confused my first time coming here, as far as where the main entrance was... but the kind mechanic helped to guide me just around the corner of the building. Super mellow vibes, even the dog was chill!

Well it was my visit. I has just installed a new brake master cylinder on Corvette. I know how to bleed out the system. But time is very important to me as well. So i called around local shops. And pretty pricey for bleeding brakes. So just by chance i drove and saw the shop.i walked up .to one of the workers. He quickly gave me a fair price. I as when and how long it would take. So i brought my car back 15 minutes later. It was Victor's son who performed the service on my car.very polite. Professional. Hes got the job done .even under the time..them he said my boss will have to test drive it.it was his dad victor. Then when it was time to pay .i left my cash $$ at my home. I offered to leave my DL so they could trust me . But victor said no problem. Go home get the cash i trust you . So i will visit them again.

Small tire shop had tire I needed and gave me a great deal. Place keeps its overhead low and I felt they passed saving on to me. Guys are not rocket surgeons but neither am I :) I felt I was taken care of and treated well. I read the other comments so I went in a little skeptical and found out for myself I had a good experience.
