Went and had my trucks wiring worked on and didn't have it for a week (whatever that's fine) got it back and was very happy with the end result. It was clean and look professional. However the same truck had to keep going back time and time again roughly 5 times for wiring problems after I was assured it was all fixed. First issue was on my bday and go stranded on the side of the road 1 hour from my house and had to get towed cause my truck lost all electrical power to anything. And problems kept showing up. Now I have no lighting on the inside of the cab at all and constantly blowing fuses. Went in to try and see if it can be warrantied for work that was done not even a month prior and got told no by the lady at the front desk and that I would have to pay for it to be worked on again after I was promised several times it was fixed and no other issues were found. Cost $1500 for the work and I still have a truck that has things that don't work electrically. Ontop of thar I'm not happy that things I requested to not be cut out of my brand new harness so I can have upgrades in the cab and truck got cut out and I can no longer ise those systems even if I wanted to.

I also have been going to parkers for years and 2 cars..they give honest rates and superior service. Dropped car off today, 2 hrs later it was diagnosed and fixed in 2 hrs!! Heidi even provided transpo for me as a single gal. Heidi and Russ are the real deal. And they have their dogs to love on!. Thanks guys...

Been going here for a number of years now and I don't know where else I'd take a vehicle. They are a honest shop that does not try to oversell services and they do it right the first time. Recently my car needed a new clutch due to a throwout bearing. Russ got parts on order and it was a same day turn around on my car. The clutch feels great and there's no more noise from the bearing. Also, for someone who works an odd schedule, it was very nice not to be without a vehicle long. I bounced around repair shops in the past but since Parkers, I haven't moved shops.
