Yucaipa Auto Electric

I got to tell you about Sterling the owner. I wasn't sure what to expect when they told me to take my issue to him. I had an electrical problem that he took on. He came in by himself on the shop was closed (I know this because he called me from the shop while he was working on it). He fixed that vehicle after so many hours working on it. He charged me less than $400 to finf, expose and repair my electrical issue. Other auto electric stores nearby in Redlands wanted $500 just to find the problem. He diagnosed it and fixed it for much less than all of them. I was blown away with this service and price. He was very honest which is a rarity in this world. I would highly recommend this place.

Yucaipa Auto Electric is the best. Had to have my car towed here they quickly diagnosed it. And had me on my way. They truly care about the customer and are honest Mechanics.

I highly recommend Yucaipa Auto Electric! Everyone was polite, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Their communication was excellent, and they quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with my vehicle at a very fair price. It’s refreshing to find an honest, reliable shop that truly cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Thank you for the outstanding service

Sterling understands cars. Not just one or two makes. That's rare. Even more rare - he's honest. A true mechanic who understands the machines as well as the codes and electronics that make them run. He will go out of his way to make sure that his customers are treated well, and their cars are fixed right and stay fixed. That's value.

I’ve been bringing my car(s) to this shop for years, and they continue to earn my trust every time. They handle all my oil changes, routine maintenance, and both major and minor services the dealers normally recommend. This team does complete auto repair — not just electrical. They’re honest, fair with pricing (which matters more than ever with costs being so high on everything nowadays), and they always deliver quality work, straight forward communication and dependable service every visit. Highly recommend.
