Do NOT take a Lexus or really any car here they unfortunately do not know enough. I had multiple electrical issues all stemming most likely from the alternator (that’s their job to figure out lol) and they could not come up with anything other than replacing the battery. The battery that needed to be replaced sooner than normal most likely due to an alternator issue - I asked multiple times if they were sure that would help. Sure enough battery went out and when speaking with them they were entirely dismissive and had absolutely no notes from what I communicated on the phone prior to bringing it in and again at drop off and AGAIN when speaking on the phone when it was ready and AGAIN at pick up.

My power window wouldn’t roll up in Honda accord and so I took it to zilkoskies. They had the car for 2 months. They tried to charge me $150 more than they quoted my boyfriend since I was the one picking it up they thought they could swindle me I guess… the window rolled up one time before it broke again. When I called to explain what happened the rude as hell receptionist didn’t even let me giddiness what I was trying to say and hung up on me. Oh well too bad for them I disputed the whole thing with my credit card andcard got 100 % of my money back. I suggest everyone who has been scammed by these Degenerates do the same.

Absolutely the best most fair mechanic I’ve ever been to. Keith is amazing and does everything to help you out. I love this place and recommend them to everyone. They are full service and have all the knowledge. Most importantly not overpriced

I’m not sure I’ve had a better experience with a repair shop in all my life. The part I needed was on back order for over a month and he allowed me to keep my truck at his shop until the part arrived, 40 days later. Don’t charge me for storage or anything. I can’t imagine another shop doing that. Ever. Keith is the owner and he will patiently and completely explain the problem with your car and be in contact all along the way. He’s easy and pleasant to talk to. I can’t overstate the quality of service this shop provides. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

These guys are great! Someone installed my stereo wrong and blew my alternator. I took it to Zilkoski's because I wasn't able to find a replacement that was under $400 and wouldn't take six months to get. He had my car for about a week and a half because he had a hard time finding the replacement part but he did eventually find one and it only cost me $240! Way less than what I was gonna have to pay! I will come back to them again!
