20/20 sets a high bar for glass replacement services. From the first call in, the status follow up to the installation process, they were professional, timely and responsive. Ronald was our installation technician and did a great job of connecting the day of and the installation was completed quickly and smoothly at our home. 20/20 will get highly recommended to my neighbors and to those in the local PCA community!

Someone vandalized my vehicle. This was a first for me like ever and I pray this was the last ! They got me in so quick everyone was sooo nice and professional. When my window got busted it offset my key fobs lol so that’s another thing!!! But I highly recommend this company. Very good prices, high quality, and professional!

Worked with Matt and Mitch to install a new windshield on my R34. They were both extremely receptive and worked easily with me for a short notice job. They fit me into their schedule quickly and had the job done in a couple hours. The end result looks great and I will be using them again in the future. 5/5.

I highly recommend 20/20 Auto Glass for your glass repairs /replacement. My experience with them was very positive from start to finish. Cynthia provided good customer service & communication. Ron, the technician who installed my new OEM windshield was Awesome! He was very professional, thorough and super-efficient. (He called & arrived earlier than scheduled on both appts.) An additional appt. was needed to replace the molding. The part was ordered immediately and promptly installed the following week at my place of work. Lennox, called and informed me of his ETA to my home. He arrived at the time he told me. Lennox Introduced himself when he arrived at my home and-explained to me what he was gonna do. ( very professional) He Accomplished what need to be done in a Timely manner. When he was done installing the windshield he Cleaned up after himself. Explain to me the what not to do after the insulation. I’m very grateful that my insurance company choose a local company. I will highly recommend This glass service to anyone who needs a windshield or glass replaced on their vehicle. Thank you Lennox for doing a great job!!
