502 Auto Glass

Fantastic experience overall! Had to call around to find an auto glass repair company that uses Mopar parts and picks up the phone. Called 5-7 companies talking with weird AI, or explaining Mopar parts vs OEM. 502 guys were great! He was straight up and honest with me from the jump. I would recommend these guys over and over again! I was in at 930, and out by 1045. They had to remove my seats and replace the entire rear window unit. Also, the only person to quote me the entire unit and educate me that “it cost $300 more than the OEM parts, but you’ll be back with a down motor in a year.” So we were both on the same page about Mopar parts, yea it’s expensive but that’s life! They warranty their work and don’t waste your time selling other crap. In and Out! Oh, I forgot to mention, I called yesterday and got my window fixed the NEXT DAY!!!! Perks, they send you a calendar invite to pick what day and time works best for you! Love it! Not enough to break another window.

My experience with the owner Wes was great he seemed like a genuine small business owner and a stand up guy. Any issue's with the glass work that they do there he stands by his work. I am working in town at ford and had my truck broken into. Any future work I will definitely be working with Wes again.

I highly recommend Arnold Glass, particularly if you value both exceptional quality and the owner's integrity. I contacted them for a quote on a Sunday and promptly received a response, allowing me to discuss various options and potential repair or replacement needs. When I brought my car in, Arnold assisted me throughout the entire process, from start to finish. He even communicated directly with my insurance company to ensure a seamless experience.

502 Auto Glass did a fabulous job on my new Mopar OEM glass fast and friendly service! Thanks Again!

OMG this place is amazing !!! I called for quote and was able to get work done all within 24 hours. They are professional and efficient. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing window work done. (Mine was a windshield). The prices are very good as well I didn’t have insurance so this was important.
