A-1 Auto Glass

What a nice way to turn an unpleasant experience into something so pleasant. Everyone I encountered exemplified outstanding customer service. They even gave me a ride to and from a close Starbucks so I could wait in comfort. I hope I never have the unfortunate experience of a cracked windshield again, but if I do, I'm headed right back to A-1 Auto Glass in Corvallis!

Corbin and Rylie were seriously the best. So helpful and kind would 10 out of 10 recommend and will definitely be a lifelong customer. This is the place to go in Roseburg if you need glass repair. 👍👍👍

Great price, quick service, excellent communication (Melissa is awesome!). I had a window leak that required the windshield to be replaced. They treated for rust under the old one which I'm happy about. Passenger seal looks good. Driver side seal is all screwed up. I'm not happy with this windshield. I spoke to one of the employees and he said it likely came from the window manufacturer that way. This slipped past the mfr quality control and A-1 which really shouldn't happen. It can't be fixed unless replacing the windshield again since it's a part of the window. I spoke to Melissa and she took care of all my concerns so all I have to do now is wait 14 days for the urethane to cure and then schedule a time for replacement. I'll bump the update to 5 star if that works out... UPDATE: Replacement window was much better. The Eugene branch took good care of me. The Old window was made by Fuyao while the new window was made by Trival. It's physically better in every way. If you have a gmt400 truck, ask for the Trival brand.

Excellent service and workmanship! The team at A-1 Auto Glass was amazing to work with. We had a break in Monday afternoon, they ordered the glass from another location and it was to be installed on Wednesday afternoon. They even offered to install crash wrap in the interim until our appointment. The team cleaned up the remaining glass in the vehicle that we didn’t get, installed the new window and the new glass is OEM- which is great! Highly recommend the team at our local A-1 Auto Glass!!!

Replaced window was a different shade and not Toyota brand. It not match the tint of my original windows that were unchanged from when purchased at the Toyota dealership. This place claimed they don’t even do tinting and that I’d have to go someplace and pay out of pocket for it to be matched properly. My recommendation would be to go to a dealership or somewhere else. They’re fast here, and they cleaned out the broken glass, but now I’ve got an in matching window to deal with.
