A-1 Auto Glass

This shop is a great place. The staff is very friendly. Service was outstanding. Had an incident between Florence and Eugene where our car window was shattered and my backpack stolen. Called this shop and scheduled us for the next morning. Emily is a great person and very friendly.

Way cheaper than safelite! Good, honest, local business with no apparent downside. Conveniently located across the street from Grey's Garden center, the Beergarden, and Bruns market; giving a multitude of things to do while they service your vehicle! Everyone at the establishment held a very positive, knowledgeable, and genuine attitude. Thank you guys for a fantastic experience and appropriate pricing.

Exceptionally quick service. They had my replacement glass for my Ford F150 in one day. They stored the car the previous day to keep it secured while waiting for the Glass. The phone support was excellent. Workmanship was great they even cleaned out all the broken glass.

A rock hit my windshield this morning and someone recommended A-1. They totally exceeded my expectations! Melissa was very clear and transparent over the phone and when I got there in the afternoon, they were able to patch it right away. As a traveling notary, having a "healthy" car is crucial. They saved my day and I was able to continue my work as scheduled. As a bonus, it was so pleasant to stay there while they were working on my car with tasty hot chocolate. :) I will definitely bring my car to them again in the future and recommend A-1 to everyone!

A1 has taken care of both of my cars over the last 2 months. Their service is cost effective, quick, well executed and friendly. Melissa at in the front office is knowledgeable and always has a smile. Both cars were vacuumed and dash wiped down when I got in them. This is a great company with great service at an affordable cost and I highly recommend !
