A-1 Glass Depot, LLC

Simply the best customer service on this side of the Mississippi! 10 stars! The team here is professional, honest, and wildly efficient — I was walked in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is officially the 3rd vehicle I’ve brought to them, and they consistently exceed expectations every single time. Huge thank you to Stephanie and Brian Kelly for making the entire process so seamless. Couldn't recommend them higher!

I was already planning to leave a great review while I was sitting in the waiting area, but by the time I left, I was even more impressed. I was a walk-in customer, and from the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. My son was asleep in the car, so instead of making me come inside, they actually sent someone out to help me. That small act of kindness made such a difference. They got me in immediately, and even though my windshield chip was in a difficult location and large, the technician was able to repair it. The entire process took less than 30 minutes! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, and the waiting area was clean and welcoming, with complimentary snacks, water, and even a coffee bar. Then came the biggest surprise of all, they told me there was no charge for the repair. They fixed my windshield and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. I was completely caught off guard. That unexpected generosity was such a blessing and says so much about the kind of business they are. It's rare to find a company that provides outstanding customer service, quality work, and genuine kindness all in one visit. I can't recommend A-1 Glass Depot enough. They've definitely earned a lifelong customer, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!

My car was broken into and A1 glass sold me a replacement window to install myself. They were extremely helpful with questions and even went above and beyond to help me get my window back in the door. The whole experience was great! They were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Recently called this place up, because I originally thought my driver side window broke inside the door. I spoke to Stephany. She was super sweet. Extremely helpful. And I couldn't be happier. She suggested I take it in to see if the window was indeed broken before getting a window ordered. Turns out, my window regulator was just broken. They were able to get my window up while I waited on the part to arrive. Unfortunately, I fell under the weather. It was a Friday. So, I waited until that Monday to go in and have them install the new regulator. Easy peasy. Took about 30 minutes. They were all so welcoming and friendly. They had a bunch of goodies and water or coffee to offer while you wait. It was definitely such a wonderful experience. Glad I called this place first! Wonderful group of people! Definitely recommend this business!

They were outstanding, better than a NASCAR pit crew. I had a big rock cracked my semi windshield. Call and they have the best price in town friendly staff and professionals all the way. Between loads they took care of me in and out within 30-45 minutes. Great work highly recommend them. Thank you. SPG TRUCKING LLC.
