My windshield was badly damaged by a stray piece of wood while driving on Route 2. The insurance company tried to push me automatically through Safelite, which I've had pretty poor experience with in the past. I looked around and found A+A Auto Glass and its positive reviews, and wanted to give an independent local small business a shot at fixing my windshield. I was a little nervous given the size and complexity of the windshield on a Tesla Model X. Jim was easy to coordinate with, fast to give an estimate, and fast to schedule me. I dropped my car off at about 10am and got it back around 1pm. So far, so good - the windshield looks excellent and they do high quality work. Some dirty hand prints on the inside, but those were easy to clean up. This is why I appreciate local small businesses - they value their customers and take pride in their work. And if you have any issues, I'm sure they would remedy them. Highly recommended! Update from a year later (July 2026): unfortunately I had to return for yet another cracked windshield on another car (BMW X5), and yet again they did a great job. Highly recommended!

Did a great job replacing the front windshield on my Rav 4. Was easy to work, with, responsive and came over quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best. I needed my windshield replaced and they had some of the best reviews in the Boston area. From the very start Chris was very attentive and efficient. I contacted them initially via their review pages here and they replied almost instantly. I brought my car to them and again they were very fast, efficient, and the amount they quoted was accurate, windshield replaced and I was out the door a happy customer. They also do window tinting.

I had my windows on my Honda Civic tinted 20% all the way around. The results are phenomenal! Chris totally knocked it out of the park. He initially thought he couldn’t properly tint a few windows due to glue residue from a previous tint, but he totally blew my expectations. Chris prioritized communication and transparency. He’s very talented, thorough and professional. I have never had windows tinted before, and he made the process very smooth. The quality of the tint is also very good. I chose the NR Galaxie film. I definitely plan to have cars tinted in the future at A+A. Chris was very informative and gave me the pros and cons of the different percentages and film options. Also he explained the warranty and care procedures. Awesome experience. Definitely go to Chris for tinting! He knows his stuff!!

Chris did a great job on my car. I wanted to get the darkest tint I could that wouldn't get me a ticket, and he did a great job explaining my options to me in detail. He was patient even though I had a million questions and he answered them all. It didn't take him long to tint the four windows and upper windshield for my dodge charger. Flawless work for a very fair price. Will be bringing all my cars to him in the future.
