A Plus Auto Glass

Would not recommend, absolutely worst experience I have had with a glass shop or auto shop. Terrible work and terrible customer service. I took my car to Mike on 5/21/26 to have get my front windshield molding fixed. When I got my car back after two hours, the molding was still uneven, and there were multiple new scratches in the paint not covered by the molding. I don't think Mike bothered to put down any painters tape or cloth down to protect the car's paint when he used his pry/pick tools on the polyurethane. When I told Mike about my concerns, he refused to acknowledge them or even look at the car.

Absolutely horrible!!!! I had them place a visor tint on my windshield and they were supposed to verify the length with me prior to install. They never checked with me even though I sat there in the lobby and the tint is like 4 inches too low. My husband can’t drive the van any more because the tint is right in the middle of his field of vision thus distorts his field of vision. As if that weren’t bad enough…..the tech dripped adhesive onto the radio, hvac, etc. control panel. We noticed immediately upon my arrival home. My husband noticed the clump of adhesive and picked it off. Then he realized the adhesive ate the plastic. I went immediately back to A+ and told Mike about it. Mike removed the panel and his techs tried to remove the adhesive that had also seeped behind the buttons. He stated they were not able to get behind the buttons, so he offered to replace the control panel. I’m a very kind and conservative person so I told Mike that he wouldn’t have to incur the expense of replacing the panel, if it still functioned ok. We decided it would probably still work ok so he did not replace it at that time. Well, low and behold the buttons are sticking and the panel is indeed not working properly. I called to tell Mike that the panel actually needs to be replaced. He had the audacity to inform me that since I declined the repair and replacement when he first offered, he will no longer correct the issue. Absolutely mind blowing. They dripped adhesive on my control panel and since I was trying to be nice and not demand a new panel because at the time we thought it was functional, he will no longer do the right thing???? This shows a huge lack of integrity on their part, terrible customer service and makes a person never want to be kind and understanding and try to save someone a buck when they can. I should have been nasty and made him replace it even though it seemed ok at the time.

Took my car in to get a chip repaired on my windshield and it turned out pretty good. They got me in quickly and the price was better than a couple other places I called. It's a simple fix, but they handled it right and the chip is barely noticeable now. Solid option if you need something quick and affordable.

From start to finish - a FIVE star job. Not being from Omaha, my first call was to Mercedes of Omaha and got the recommendation for A+. After first contact was made with them - things couldn’t have been smoother: Specifically, they custom ordered an OEM Mercedes windshield for my car (and had it in less than a week). Next step was install which was a total breeze - I was met at work and Sam picked up the car at 0800 and had it back before 1000. Install was a perfect fit and match. Seriously couldn’t be happier. Sincerely appreciate you guys taking care of me - also considering I’m not from Omaha. Really top notch service all around!!
