A Precision Auto Glass

Hidden damage, Daphne location. Desk staff was nice and efficient, and i left feeling good about the work. Entirely too much residue was left on the window, and it was a pain to get off, but i overlooked it. Unfortunately, 2-3 months later i had to get another windshield put on the truck. I used a different company this time as they could do the "calibration" in the parking lot. I was shocked to see the amount of hidden damage that was done to the truck behind the glass. Sloppy work all around, and they possibly didn't even do the calibration they charged for (insurance paid it) as the tech said that the window was positioned too low, and that the camera would not have registered the proper distance to warn\act on a collision. Is all of that true i don't know, but i did get pictures of the physical damage that was done and the rust. That part can't be disputed. I can only imagine how much worse the rust would have been in a few years as opposed to a few months.

They were great. In and out quick. They took care of the insurance claim so I paid nothing. Recommend them.

This team was great! Shonda is a very friendly voice to answer the phone and they are real people, Not Robots, or someone sitting two states away! They worked me in within two days of requesting service and did a great job, at a great price. This is the second time I have used this business and I have not been disappointed either time, highly recommend!

They've done a few windshield repairs and total replacements for me over the years and it's always been great. I had a decal on my windshield that I needed to operate a gate. A replacement decal cost $65. They were able to remove it from my old windshield and install on the new one. Saved me $65. I never asked them to do so- figured it wasn't even a possibility. I'm sure they can't promise to save every decal but it worked this time. Shoutout to the installers for taking the time to do that and doing a great job on my new windshield.

We called them after we crashed our 43 foot motorhome and broke the windshield. They were decent and respectful from the word go. Awesome to talk to on the phone. They let us stay in the motorhome in their parking lot over night. When we got the motorhome back it was nice and clean and they did a great job installing the windshield.
