AARON AUTO GLASS ROCKFORD

I loved how quick the service was in order to replace my passenger window, however I would have loved to be able to get my tint scheduled as well but was very disappointing when the front desk lady told me they wouldn’t test the tint on my car to match it and she told me to go out to my car and figure out which percentage I needed. Decided to skip the tint because I did not want to select the wrong one.

unbelievable service called today. The sweet young girl helped us from the beginning to the end and installer. Had it done in half the time I recommend them to anyone.

A rock decided it wanted to hit me and crack almost half my windshield. This place had better pricing than all the places I called in Wisconsin. They got me an appt very quick and it only took a little over an hour. They were very nice and respectful during the entire process.

They have fixed several of my mom's windshields in the past and they just did mine and I couldn't be happier! They were very kind and professional. I was so happy they were able to get me in the next day after I called. The price was also really good and cheaper than my insurance would have been. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing their services!

Aaron Glass in Rockford is a very professional and punctual place. We contacted Aaron Glass yesterday after many calls to at least 10 different Glass companies, and not only did they have the best price but also Jessica was very helpful she called us back within the 15 minute time frame with the qoute prepared. The customer service was excellent And while we waited to get our glass installed Jessica wiped down then tire waiting Room the Clorox wipes so she was taking great precaution or herself and the customer. Thank you very much Jessica for your help you were very professional and you're customer service was excellent.
