They came out in the cold and wind and we're able to get me a new back windshield for my car. Other companies wanted me to wait until at least next Month. I can't recommend them enough came right to my house we're done in about an Hour and half. Great guys nice and timely and answered all my questions for me.

Ed replaced my windshield today and was supposed to drop my car off to me at work. Paid him after he was finished replacing it and never heard from him again. Left my car at my house without telling me the plans had changed and ignored my many calls and texts trying to find out where the hell they left my keys. My friend calls and he answers right away and said “oh I meant to leave her a message, the keys are in the gas thing” like ???? What happened to bringing me my car? Good thing my friend can give me a ride home from work or else I’d be stranded. Very unprofessional. Idc if their prices are good, I’ll be going to safelite from now on. Completely unbelievable. DO NOT USE THEM.

So Ed and his assistant fixed my broken window.With 25mph winds and very cold out.They came out and did what had to do get job done.I was very skeptical how he handled himself. Then my window stopped working after 3 months.Tried arrange a time him stop by.Told him message me not just show up of course knowone was home when he came over.Had to reschedule and blew me off.Last time we texted he said he was going be here between 9am-1pm no show no call.Had a enough went to Safelite did amazing job.Great communication through out entire process.I will stick with Safelite.

I highly advise anyone who’s reading my comment to call Safelite auto repair. They are very professional and they are the same price as this guy. I had an appointment with him at 9 o’clock and he wouldn’t even answer my call. I waited for him an hour later, and I kept having to call him And finally he answered and told me he’s coming. This is not how you do business business Safelite repair will call you and confirm that they are coming and they are very professional and clean and show up on time. Don’t waste your time with this guy. Safelite repair is also the same price as. So spend your money wisely and professionally not with a person who will waste your time. It’s kind of sad. I wanted to support a local business, but Sometimes we have to go to the big Names

Fixed my windshield but broke my trunk very unprofessional !! When asked would they come back to fix what they broke they agreed but blocked my number and calls and won’t respond to my text messages either glass is shattered all inside my truck they didn’t do a good job at all! My trunk won’t close on a brand new dodge durango! Had to tie my trunk down with a cord because it keeps popping open when I drive. Would never recommend!!
