I cannot say enough good things about our experience here! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained what was going on, and gave me different options at different price points instead of making me feel like I had only one choice. Their diagnostic report was especially impressive. I know basically **nothing** about cars, and it was incredibly thorough while still being easy for me to understand. I actually felt like I knew what was wrong, what needed to be addressed, and what could wait. They got our vehicles fixed quickly, the pricing was transparent, and most importantly, **they actually fixed the problems.** Both cars are running great. Finding an automotive shop you feel like you can trust is a big deal, especially when you don't know much about cars yourself. I never felt talked down to, pressured, or confused. I felt informed and taken care of. We will absolutely be bringing our vehicles back here in the future. Highly recommend!

The guys at the front desk were helpful and great to work with. The shop did a full analysis on the car ($200) from front to back and provided a report. The car was overall in good shape except for the A/C issue. The technicians were ultimately unable to fix the underlying issue because they didn't have access to the proprietary Genesis technical manuals. This the reason for 4 stars.

I chose this shop because of the positive reviews that talked about quality work and reasonable prices, but that was not my experience at all. The pricing was extremely high, with labor appearing to be around $200 per hour, which is more in line with dealership rates. After looking up the repairs myself, it seemed like they were charging the maximum labor time possible for each job. The estimates were so inflated that it almost felt like they were billing as if they completely reassembled the entire vehicle before moving on to replace the next part. The costs simply didn't seem justified. Honestly, it left me wondering if they didn't really want to work on my older vehicle and instead quoted an outrageously high price because they'd only be willing to take on the job if the payout was large enough. Whatever the reason, the estimates felt excessive. I was also disappointed with their diagnosis of a differential leak. Instead of identifying the specific leaking seal, I was quoted for replacing every seal in the differential, which resulted in a very expensive repair estimate. After researching the issue online for my particular vehicle, it appears that a single seal failure is a fairly common problem and would be significantly less expensive to repair. Rather than diagnosing the actual source of the leak, it felt like they were recommending the most expensive possible solution. Overall, I went in expecting fair prices and accurate diagnostics based on the reviews I had read, but left feeling frustrated and skeptical. Between the dealership-level pricing and the broad, expensive repair recommendations, I would strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

I take all of my cars to Matt and his team. I trust them because they have earned my trust. They are good people who know cars and know the automotive service, maintenance, and repair space. They know it well and that knowledge, coupled with their transparent customer dedication mentality, creates a unique partnership between subject matter expert and consumer. If you want expertise paired with old fashioned honesty, Matt and team should be at the top of your list.

Just bought a 2018 Nissan 1st thing we did after bringing it home was take it over to the guys at Accelerated. Made sure we knew what needed attention and to gage where it was in its maintance. Best money ever spent after the purchase. I know I can depend on the guys!
