Review for Ace Auto Glass – Aiea Location On July 3, 2025, I had my windshield replaced at Ace Auto Glass in Aiea. At the time of service, I paid $728.94, with the clear understanding—confirmed through a phone conversation with your agent, my State Farm insurance representative, and myself—that I would cover my $500 deductible and my insurance would pay the balance of $238.94. I was surprised to later receive a bill showing the total charge as $1,075, with $575 billed to my insurance instead of the agreed $238.94. This discrepancy remains unresolved despite my attempts to address it and provide receipts. This type of billing error is both frustrating and unprofessional. I expected transparency and accuracy, and unfortunately, that was not delivered. Unless this issue is corrected, I cannot recommend this company. Carol

Had a small chip in the windshield. Was quoted 72 dollars, then 2 hours after making the appointment, they called me back and said it would actually be 85. I went to the appointment, and they double booked me and said I’d have to wait for 2-3 hours. I asked if I could come back in 2 hours, and they said okay. When I came back in 2 hours, They said they couldn’t help me and gave me an appointment four days later. I got to this appointment, waited for two hours, was charged 90 dollars AND THEY MADE IT WORSE. I paid for them to make the damage worse. Then they gaslit me and said that was normal for a repair. This is my first time writing a negative review.

To the point and they CARE about classic JDM vehicles. My A pillars weren't in the best shape. So the uninstall need extra care. They performed very well!

Made an appointment to go in on a Saturday (short hours for them). Female service advisor on the phone was friendly & accommodated. Price quoted was the best on the island. Dropped off car in the morning, then got a call car was done in less than 2 hours! GREAT SERVICE OVERALL! Recommend this place! Staff was awesome 🤙🤙

My first time experience here wasn't bad. Pretty quick service, initial friendly phone call to make an appointment. In person, the lady wasn't real friendly - not sure if this is the new covid-19 attitude.
