They did a thorough inspection of what was damaged on my vehicle, gave me a quote and didn’t mind if I went to my mechanic to get most of it fixed there. Went back to do the alignment later on and even got a ride to where my other car was. I called often with questions and had to reschedule my appointments a few times. They were very understanding, welcoming and kind throughout. Definitely highly recommend them

The staff is friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable! Every customer experience I have had with them was extremely personable and smooth- I would recommend them over anyone in the Eugene/Springfield area!

I took my car to Classic Collision for water damage from a broken sunroof, and they sublet the detail to this place. They charged my insurance $375 for it, yet my car came back smelling like mildew, with water marks, crumbs, and hair still on the seats and floors. Also, my sunroof still isn’t fixed. Now there’s a whistling noise when I drive, and even after taking it back once, nothing changed. That’s not acceptable. If you’re going to charge that much (especially to insurance), at least do the job right and actually fix the problem. I recommend reading over EVERYTHING they charge your insurance.

ACS is an amazing company. I have a C-5 Corvette that was giving me nothing but headaches with the electrical system. I've had it at 3 different stores and no one could figure it out but ACS got right on it and solved it. Excellent service with very professional employees. Would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10
