Action Auto Glass

We were on a roadtrip earlier this week from WA to CA and stopped overnight in Portland. Parked on the street by our hotel and our Volvo was broken into - smashed the passenger front window and large rear window, and stole many personal items. The car was a mess. We had it towed via AAA to Action Auto Glass - just a random pick to get things fixed as they said they had the glass in stock. I'm going to put the next part in all CAPS because of how much we appreciated them. THEY ARE INCREDIBLE, DID A FANTASTIC JOB, QUICK, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had our car turned around in less than 48 hrs, cleaned up all the broken glass, reorganized our car, and had it all back to tip-top shape. We picked up the car yesterday and are back on the road. Also the price was very reasonable given the rush service. We had to pay even though a portion will be reimbursed from our car insurance but happy regardless. Thanks to the guys, and especially the owner, at Action Auto Glass. You made a bright spot in an otherwise gloomy day.

First time using Action for one of our vehicles and we're customers for life. Jimmy and his crew are kind, honest, and do outstanding work. If you're looking for a reliable shop that will provide top-notch service, don't hesitate to call the folks at Action Auto Glass!

Matt is a wonderful person and he was able to repair two cracks on my windshield with professionalism and the utmost care. I found the shop per my Toyota dealership’s recommendation. Thank you so much Matt!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Action Auto Glass is next-level AMAZING! I’m still blown away by how over-the-top and lightning fast their service was. My front windshield was replaced in less than one day — and that even included processing the insurance claim. Talk about stress-free! Jimmie was incredibly nice and unbelievably responsive… even after 5pm! And by the very next afternoon, Nick and Matt were literally on my doorstep with a brand-new windshield in hand. By 3pm I was back on the road like nothing ever happened. Super nice guys and were in and out like lightning! These guys are friendly, professional, and ridiculously efficient. It’s truly rare these days to find service this quick, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Highly, highly recommend Action Auto Glass! 🚗✨

Best windshield replacement in Portland. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given the best price at $100 cheaper then everyone else I called. This price included the windshield, seals all other parts, mobile service, next day service and labor. Also included was a lifetime warranty. The tech who came out was very friendly, fast, professional and informative. When I originally called for the price quote the tech who spoke to me explained to me what to look for when calling others for a quote and what to watch for so I would get the best service possible even if I did not go with his service. I would recommend this business 100% with complete confidence. This company has it together they know what they are doing and they do it very well.
