She took my call, handled everything start to finish, and had our Peterbilt windshield replaced the same day—something that felt like a miracle given the timing. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to get the job done quickly made all the difference. Thanks to Denise and the team, we were back on the road the very next day getting tree work done. Action Glass was a great place to work with to replace a cracked windshield in my Subaru Crosstrek. Each person I dealt with was kind, professional, and had all the information at hand. I had no idea what to do about a cracked windshield since it’s not something I had experienced before. They walked me through the process. In addition, they submitted directly to my insurance company. Once the new windshield came in, an appointment was set up and the windshield was replaced within a few hours. One small piece near my rear view was scratched in the process but they ordered a new piece. When it came in a few days later, I returned at my convenience and they replaced it right away - a couple minutes wait time. I recommend Action Glass!

I went there for a FOB for my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and to see if I could have the remote start in the car hooked up. They told me the parts were too old. No big deal I asked about removal. They told me it would $150, I told them to leave it and not worry about it I’d save some money. When I went to pick up the car they charged me $75 dollars for a diagnostic fee. They did no work to my car and actually told me there’s nothing we can do for you, then charged me for literally nothing. When I asked why I was being charged this much a woman who wasn’t even the one helping me just gave me attitude about “how they’re cutting me a break”. Do not recommend this place unless you know for sure they can do work for you. Editing my review to reflect the owners response. Chris and I had asked for a keyless entry meaning a key fob. You would think a shop that offers key fob programming would know what that means?? Apparently not as you can easily get a key fob for this car I just have the misfortune of not knowing how to program a fob myself. To answer your question there’s about 5 places just here in east Windsor you can go to to have your vehicle diagnosed for free, I had the misfortune of choosing this business based on my assumption they could program a new fob for me.

Needed a headlight replaced on my 2018 explorer. Ford quoted me $1200 for the part and 4 hours labor to install it, good grief! Brought my car to Action Glass, Randy was able to find an after market replacement and installed it for much less saving me hundreds of dollars.. I highly recommend Action Glass as they are honest and do great work. Just to add, their office is immaculate and the staff very pleasant and friendly.
