Advanced Glass Services LLC

Definitely the best glass store in North Charleston and the surrounding area! They offer the best prices, excellent service, and a friendly reception. Mandy and her team took great care of my order, delivering exactly what I needed at the best price (I compared with other stores, and they beat them without even knowing). They’re kind, welcoming, and the final product looks fantastic.

Excellent service from start to finish! Mandy communicated the pricing and also the timing for the installation very well. Jason and Chris did a terrific installation job, and it looks great! Highly recommend!

Came home to a shattered living room window—not exactly the welcome you hope for. I called Advanced Glass Services LLC, and from the first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. They were fast, professional, and handled the job with real precision. No fuss, no drama—just quality work and a calm confidence that put me at ease. They measured, replaced, and cleaned up like pros. The new windows look even better than the originals. What I appreciated most? They respected my time, treated my home with care, and made the whole situation feel a little less stressful. That kind of service goes a long way. Five stars, easily. If you’ve got glass problems, these are the people you want.

I received home window glass replacements under warranty that were clouded from condensation. These replacements are the literal “glass only” and I had no clue how to complete the install. I contacted Advanced Glass Services and was told by Mandy they could help me out. Jason and Danny came by on the day of my appointment and went right to work. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. About 30 minutes later the project was complete and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will reach out to them with any future needs. Thank you Advanced Glass Services!

This company set us up! Mandy was absolutely amazing! We were trying to get out of town for an 8 hour drive. 5 miles in, a massive rock kicked up damaging half of our windshield. We called multiple places and no one was able to assist us quickly, even knowing our situation. Mandy moved around their morning to accommodate us within 10 minutes of talking to her. We were in and out and on the road in less than an hour and half. The service takes about that long to do and let dry. Immediate help and even used our insurance so the service was free. Don’t call anywhere else! Go here. They will take care of you!
