Affordable Auto Glass INC

Affordable glass is a diamond in the rough. The service is fantastic. You never have to wait long to have your car serviced or get a car inspection. They answer all my questions that I had. They are the nicest people to deal with. I have been going to them forever and will continue to go with them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Affordable Auto Glass in West Springfield. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They were honest, efficient, and completed the work quickly without sacrificing quality. It's clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Affordable Auto Glass to anyone who needs auto glass repair, replacement, or an inspection. Excellent service all around—I will definitely be back if I ever need them again!

Service tech was friendly and personable, and so was the receptionist. This place was recommended for inspections by other auto places in the area. The tech had great advice for car improvements and was down to earth and personable. The tech also recommended other auto places, which is helpful to me since I'm new to the area. Great experience! I already recommended to family members and will be going back.

I highly recommend Affordable Auto Glass for your glass, mirror, and window repairs or installation. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! I truly felt valued by all of their employees. I will definitely us them for all of my glass needs and recommend them to my friends and family. As an example of their Customer Care & Commitment, I brought my 2023 Can-Am Spyder in for a vehicle inspection sticker and to my horror, my battery died and I didn't know what I was going to do....they quickly got to work diagnosing issues that could have drained my battery. They gave me helpful insights in the care and winter storage of the bike's battery, and also recommended a reliable replacement brand and where to order it from. But the help didn't stop there, (No Thank Goodness) they didn't give up on me until they were able to jump start my bike and make sure it was healthy enough to get me home safely. I am so thankful and grateful to Everyone at Affordable Auto Glass, and I'm pleased to be able to share my experience and recommend them for your future needs.....give them a call!! You'll be happy you did!

Mike and the motorcycle inspection crew are top notch. They perform a thorough and experienced look at your bike with your safety in mind. As riders themselves they offer honest advice to possible problems down the road. Five Stars.
