Quick, clean, highly professional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Performed my windshield replacement while keeping me completely updated. I was scheduled for a replacement quickly. Definitely better and more reasonably priced than Safelite.

Astounding Service. If you asked me to provide you with a shining example of customer service in a local business I think from now on I'll have to use Alabama Glasstek as my example. The price was excellent and everyone and I mean everyone there was timely personable and polite. They have comfy chairs to wait in although you wont be there long even gave me a nice cold bottle of water! Excellent price and installed perfectly. I hope I don't have to come back soon because that means I'll need another windshield or window but honestly I just might to say hello and stop in. I will only be taking my glass and window needs here from now on.

I had a wonderful experience with this business. They were kind, courteous and provided wonderful service. I was in and out in under an hour for a new windshield, and that is including the calibration for my heads up display and other safety features. I would highly recommend them, and will, to anyone in need of service for their vehicle glass.

I called ahead and spoke with Bill (I believe he’s the owner). He was friendly, knew the Hoover Toyota Manager who recommended them, gave me the price on the phone and said the re-attachment of the rearview mirror would take 30 minutes. It actually took less than 20! Friendly service, reasonable price and great hospitality!! And the repair has a lifetime warranty!

Everyone at Alabama GlasTek was incredibly kind and accommodating to me. They did excellent work, and the job was finished quickly. My car's windshield needed replacing because of a water leak, and I was having a hard time finding a shop that could do it for a fair price. Eventually, another shop suggested I call Alabama GlasTek. From my first phone call, I was treated with genuine hospitality, which was a breath of fresh air after calling several other places. I could tell that the woman on the phone genuinely wanted to help me, which is becoming more rare these days. It felt like a nice local “mom and pop” shop, where you could have a genuinely pleasant conversation and the feeling that helping you was their pleasure. It never had that cold corporate feeling that a lot of businesses have these days. Overall, it was a great experience. They even gave me a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty against leaks for as long as I own the car. They provide high-quality work with a kind and personal approach. I highly recommend them!
