Alamo Glass Pros

I had such a great experience with Alamo Pro Glass! What stood out to me most was not only how well they took care of me, but how they treated every single customer who walked through the door. Everyone was greeted, attended to, and treated with genuine care and respect. They were prompt, professional, considerate of my time, and did an amazing job on my BMW. You can tell they take pride in both their work and their customer service. I would recommend this place 10 times over! If you need a chip repaired or your windshield replaced, this is absolutely the place to go in El Paso. Five stars all around! ⭐️

I highly recommend Alamo Glass Pros for any windshield replacement needs. As a business, we rely on them consistently for our fleet, and they have proven to be incredibly dependable every single time. Their team is professional, efficient, and provides top-quality work that keeps our vehicles safe and on the road. If you are looking for a reliable partner for auto glass services in El Paso, this is definitely the place to go.

This is the best place to take your car for windshield replacement and front window tinting. The service is excellent, especially Mr. Sam, who is knowledgeable and professional. I also can’t say enough good things about the lady at the front desk; she is incredibly kind, helpful, and always goes out of her way to assist customers. They truly care about their clients, offering thoughtful touches like popcorn, donuts, and coffee while you wait. I have been a loyal customer for more than eight years and have always been very satisfied with their service. If you don’t have insurance coverage for your windshield, I recommend speaking with them, they may still be able to help you find a solution.

Went to get a small chip repaired. Walked right in, no waiting, and walked out in about 30 minutes. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin the technician gave simple instructions on how to care for the repair over the next 24 hours (basically don’t wash it). Highly recommend if you are in need of windshield repair.

Great place for any glass services or products for your vehicle. Got some dash covers, windshield shades and even a new windshield for my old car and glass repair. The glass repair job was so painless and convenient. They took me as a walk-in and repaired my windshield chip in under thirty minutes. Glad I went in the afternoon, because the lady Liz, who's always really nice, said they were crowded this morning. The young man Sam was very knowledgeable, as he's helped me before today as well. He took my keys, singed me in with my phone number and got my car right back to me before I even knew it. They also do a military discount unlike other places, so that's a plus for any veterans and service members. Thanks Liz and Sam for always taking care of me when I get a chip in my glass or need a dash cover. This is a great place to do business in our city. Alamo Glass Pros, we're proud of your consistency and commitment to providing excellent customer service and perfectly fair price points for those who patronize your company.
