Albertson Brothers Glass

Referred to them by Freightliner. Called them at 8 am monday when they opened before midday my window was replaced, and to boot it no longer leaks water. Got a call Friday insurance company sent them the check by accident even though I paid outta pocket.stocked. They wanted to make me aware of this mistake. HONESTY is hard to come by now days, and greatly appreciated by them. I will recommend them to every truck driver I meet.

5/18/26-Called on a Monday, got an appointment set for Friday at 8:00am. Friendly atmosphere, was greeted, and informed it would be in just a bit, as I was early, no problem. I was offered coffee by one of the owners of this family business. During my wait I saw the mother, her two sons, and others that were either family or very close friends. I felt welcomed. Chip was fixed within 60 minutes, all looks good, and I received a complimentary can of glass cleaner. Thank you Albertson's Brothers Glass. Great job! (NOTE: I gave 4 stars because I believe any business is always striving to be better.)

Well I needed to replace my passenger side front window in my new VW Jetta. Albertsons called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message and within 24 Hours had found a matching piece of glass and had it installed for a great price. You can’t even compare them to safelite or any other glass repair company they’re so much better at what they do with the best prices. PLUS!!! They’re local and they care about their customers in the Omaha area. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a glass repair shop and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future if needed. Thank you Albertsons!!

Locally owned shop that went above and beyond. Took a rock to the windshield and needed it fixed. I called an hour before closing and asked if anyone could help me out because I most likely wouldn’t be there til 5 or after. They had 2 gentlemen stay and wait for me and whipped me in and out in like 20 mins. Pay for my bill and said I was fine with after hours charge. They came out when I was getting ready to leave in my semi and told me they refunded me and didn’t even charge me for after hours service. I’ve been in the trucking business for over 15 years. Shops like this one deserve every penny you have if you’re in the market for glass/windshield/window repair. Both people helping me were super pleasant knowledgeable and fun to talk with. I made them late for their evening but they didn’t treat me that way. Great experience and awesome customer service!!!

I had my truck’s windshield replaced at Masters, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The job was done professionally and efficiently, everything looks perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. As a nice bonus, they even gave me a free foaming glass cleaner, which I really appreciated. Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place!
