The technician was super nice very understanding and compassionate and I actually cares about what he does. I’m very happy with this company for the quick turnaround as I can now go on vacation in two days in which I needed my truck to do it. Would highly recommend these guys and they’re a lot cheaper than Safelite

The whole process was seemless, managed to book for the next day. Alvin the technician was great, he called me 30 minutes before hand, and arrived when estimated. The whole instalation took around 30 minutes and the windshield looks perfect. Highly recommend.

The tech that came on site was great—no issues with him. His scheduler/dispatcher needs work. Spoke to Mario a Few times over the last couple of days and mentioned more than once that the appointment needed to be in the morning, so my husband could leave for work at 1pm. By 11am, There was still no sign of anyone on their way. When I called to get an ETA, I spoke to a new person who mentioned they didn’t see any notes on our appointment about needing to get there in the morning. My husband had to call into work because of this. Unfortunately, when you work at the railroad, you can’t just show up an hour or two late, you lose the entire day.

Excellent customer service. I put in very basic info that was prompted on their website to schedule an appointment and was called back within 20 minutes. Brenda was an excellent customer service rep and made things extremely easy with my insurance company to take care of everything. Chuck, the service tech, came right out on time the next day, super nice and very efficient. Never had to have a windshield replaced, but will definitely go right back to them if it ever happens again. Thank you!

I had my windshield replaced 04/20/26. The technician who performed the job presented himself in a kindly manner and so far I am satisfied with the quality of the work completed so there are no complaints about that. I happened to notice the following day a significant amount of glass debris in the area where the windshield replacement was installed as well as the inside my vehicle. My family and I are still finding and cleaning up remaining pieces. I cleaned some of it before I had taken the photos attached down below but you can see some of what’s left of it. Furthermore, I do understand the high possibility of glass shattering during the replacement process but the mess created a potential hazard for young children, my dog and even the risk of a flat tire. Yet, I believe this could’ve been communicated with me after the service was done so I could take precautions. This experience does not reflect my overall view of AllState, and I still appreciate the team’s efforts in making the process smooth and easy. I am simply sharing this feedback as an area for improvement based on my first experience. Thank you, Jillian Chunis
