Allstate Auto Glass

The technician was amazing: on time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and skilled. He helped me replace my old windshield wipers also. Great experience.

Professional & polite. Arrived during the timeframe they gave me, came to my home, windshield replaced in less than 45 minutes. The stickers that had been on the original windshield were in place on the new one. Great job and very appreciated.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We had the rear windshield replaced, and during the installation the technician damaged the rear wiper motor while removing the wiper arm. We were then told that the broken rear windshield had caused the wiper motor to fail. After having the vehicle inspected and repaired by Ford, we had to pay over $600 for a new rear wiper motor and labor. A broken rear windshield does not damage a wiper motor, and we do not believe responsibility was handled appropriately. Instead of acknowledging the damage or making it right, the issue was blamed on the broken glass. Because of this experience, we will not be returning or recommending this business.

Everything went really well! Victor Was professional, courteous and efficient. He did a great job. Below I stated the price was a great price because I didn’t pay anything! I had insurance coverage with zero deductible.

So happy with the Excellent Customer Service and Job Well Done! Victor was there when he said he would be. and job was done as promised, in a timely manner. Great communication. Professional.
