American Auto Glass

I had a great experience with American Auto Glass when I needed my windshield replaced. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, was extremely flexible with my schedule, and took the time to answer all of my questions with detailed explanations. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend American Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass work. If I ever have any glass needs in the future, I’ll be going back to him!

I called a few different auto glass companies and nobody wanted to even touch my 1990 180sx (240sx US model) because of the age and availability of replacement glass. I went to American Auto Glass and talked to Andres and he told me he could do it. Obviously there’s always the possibility of glass breaking which he told me but he got both sides out without breaking the glass. He even made it there the same day I called. So if anyone in the triangle area need Glass removed I highly, highly recommend Andres. I am also having him replace my windshield because he told me it’s available and he can do it too! Thanks again Andres!

We had an amazing experience here. Our car has had a persistent issue with some kind of film fogging our windshield and no one has been able to help us or even really willing to. The team at American auto glass spent 30 mins working to figure out what the issue was and cleaned the windshield beautifully and didn’t even want to charge us! Amazing work and customer service - 10/10 recommend!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! They recently replaced my windshield, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. They truly go above and beyond with quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. I first visited them when they were located in Apex and gladly followed them to their new location in Garner , they are definitely worth the drive. Honest, professional, and reputable from start to finish. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers the way they do. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality work!

This company has been great to work with. So helpful when I wasn’t sure how to go about replacing my side mirror. The consultation was quick and thorough. Once the part arrived, the replacement was quick even with customization. You can tell Andres is very knowledgeable about all types of cars and his work proves this. He also had great recommendations for other work I was seeking for my vehicle. His patience with me and my daughter’s questions was greatly appreciated. The snacks were a nice touch also. All around, we had a wonderful experience with Andres and his beautiful family. I would highly recommend this business.
