Mark and Noah helped me in a situation where I needed a glass replacement in my car. They got me up and going the same day!!!

Needed to get my passenger door vent window replaced after and rock hit it while driving so I called to get a quote and he referred me to a place which I went with and got the glass ordered and shipped to anchors location and was told since I was ordering the glass from somewhere else I could just pay him the laboring cost which he said was 50 dollars over the phone and he said it’s going to take around an hour so I was like ok that’s perfect fast forward I get the glass done glass looked good and it only took 23 minutes but mind you he said 50 dollars over the phone but then I go to pay but I’m only expecting 50-70 but which he tells 154 dollars for a 23 minute service that’s ridiculous. SMH but I didn’t think much of it untill later I left I went to inspect the work more thoroughly and I noticed my foot panel was flimsy and wasn’t screwed back it properly and my door handle didn’t reset fully within the door so I opened it up to see what was done. Come to find out they broke me door clip within side of the door and also didn’t screw it back in correctly at all. 154 dollar service that’s was only 23 minutes (rushed) and didn’t even properly put my door back together right and then lied about the price. Please save yourself some time and don’t go to this place. You will get poor quality service

‘23 Chevy Traverse Best experience I’ve ever had getting a windshield replaced and I usually go to safelite with insurance. I called this establishment when my wife got a crack in her windshield, because I had seen it driving by. I figured I’d call and see if they took insurance. Not only did they take insurance, but they talked to my specific company about being paid directly rather than me being reimbursed. They saved me a load of money, used quality materials, and completed the job, including calibration, in and hour and a half. The waiting area was nice, had a large leather couch with water and coffee. Just a great experience overall. Locally owned and operated, owner was very nice and helped me out a lot.

They are super friendly and have great customer service. I'm pretty sure the owner Marc has never met a stranger in his life. They got me in quick and did a great job at a good price. Way better than safe lite. Highly recommend
