Anchorage Auto Glass

I highly recommend this business for all your auto glass needs. They provide the most competitive pricing in town, decades of experience, super quick installation (with outstanding quality), and an overall great customer service experience . I can't forget to mention Copper, the wonderfully friendly pooch that greets customers with an enthusiastic tail wag. Your search is over - THIS IS THE PLACE!

Jacob was fast, professional and eager to help. When I walked in, they promptly started to help me with my chipped windshield. I was in and out in 15 mins! What a great shop! They have my business for life!

Top notch, wonderful experience. We are driving a family member's car while in town for a bit and wanted to have the windshield knicks repaired. Started the process of searching online and very quickly saw that Anchorage Auto Glass had the best prices and all we had to do to get a quote was a quick text that was answered promptly, plus we learned if come morning or early afternoon they could get us in same day. There was no further decision making needed. Hubby was on his way to get the job done. The prices are the best. The bonus was hubby had a nice chat while there with the owner, a true Alaskan. One more bonus: The business is a sponsor of the Anchorage Wolverines, the local hockey team who has sold out the Sully for the playoffs tonight. If you have auto glass needs, Anchorage Auto Glass is the place to go.

Replaced two windshields here a couple years ago with the deal that any future chips would be charged at a very nominal cost ($50 for the first, $10 after that) as a benefit of getting the window replaced with them. We enjoyed this benefit last year and had a couple chips repaired. They now claim there was no such policy in place. $70 now for a chip repair, fyi. They also claimed they have no customer record keeping, which seems unlikely. If you had a window replaced and the install failed how would they know the work was done there. Disappointing.

I was really impressed with this place. They had my new window in stock, got me right in, and told me they would have it done in 45-60 minutes. . They called me about 50 minutes later and it was done, and the job looks great. They stand behind the work with a generous warranty. I'd happily go here again for another glass job. They even let me know about a Groupon that saved me some money. Don't be scared of the big dogs, they are friendly and well trained.
