Great Customer service! Frank is just amazing at his job. I had a chip repair done about three weeks ago, and I had to really look to find it after Frank repaired it. Fast forward three weeks and a rock flew up and hit my windshield while driving on the 290 near main street. I went to see Frank, and the chip was in an area that couldn't be fixed. Frank replaced my windshield today and did an amazing job. My new windshield looks exactly like the old one, before it cracked. I can’t say enough good things about the team at ARC Auto Glass in North Tonawanda. I needed a new windshield for our RV and was in a time crunch. They were quick and super helpful. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I can’t give more. It will be the only place I get windshield work done in the future.
