Art City Auto Body

I brought my Tesla to Auto Body City after the rear bumper was damaged, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They had my Tesla repaired and ready to go in just 4 days! The repair looks great, and they gave me a reliable and reasonable total price for the work. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly they got my car back to me. I highly recommend Art City auto body to anyone who needs quality auto body repairs, especially for a Tesla. Great work guys !

I only have 3 words for my experience with Art City Body Shop in Springville UT. Those words are WOW, WOW, and WOW! WOW! The intake process was a breeze thanks to the Art City Body Shop crew working directly with the insurance company and making sure that we were updated every step of the way. Being more than 1,000 miles away, I was greatful for them taking care of my daughter and treating her as if she were their own. WOW! The detailed examination of the damage and determination of which parts required replacement and which ones could be salvaged if we didnt mind a scratch or two. I was impressed with the pictures they sent me and they even looked at a few things unrelated to the accident to make sure the car was safe for my daughter to drive. WOW! The repairs. The car looks better than when we bought it 3 yrars ago. Their attention to detail was evident. We were beyond satisfied. We were impressed. Body parts that never quite lined up before the accident were back in their rightfull place and the interior detailing was an added surprise. When my daughter had the accident and I asked around, EVERYONE told me that the only place to take it was Art City Body Shop even though there were plenty of other options. They were absolutely right. Although I hope to never need their services again, if I do they will be my one and only choice. Ok, that was more than 3 words. Thank you Art City Body Shop for taking such good care of us and the great work that you did!

Our City Autobody is a 10/10! They did an amazing job on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They installed a brand-new windshield with a tinted banner at the top, and it looks perfect. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they paid attention to every detail. What really stood out was how easy they made the entire process. They worked directly with my insurance company, handled everything professionally, and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole experience was stress-free. If you’re looking for honest people who do top-quality work and truly take care of their customers, I highly recommend Our City Autobody. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

I recently had my car repaired here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The team was professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled efficiently. The quality of the repair work was excellent. My car has also been nicely cleaned inside and out. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions and keep me updated throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one I’d recommend without hesitation.

First time in this shop and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get the part and how great the result looked. The price came in at a very reasonable point, and the staff was really great to work with. I'm certain to go back when I need them.
