Auto Glass Assist Inc.

Long story here but it all started with a cracked windshield of course and a mistake made. Reason for 5 stars is the unbelievable customer service experience I had. You don't see this now days. After my windshield was replaced I saw something strange to me inside the car. I called them, took pics and sent those. They took it from there. Called me explaining that a mistake was made and my windshield has to be reinstalled. They reordered everything immediately. Called me with updates. Explained all options and asked for my opinion to minimize any inconvenience on my part. When I brought the vehicle to their shop for the reinstall they were Amazing. I was updated every step of the process and they made sure I was comfortable while waiting. From the people working on my car, to the owner and ladies at the front desk everyone was so nice. I hope we never need to replace any windshields or other glass but if we do we will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced and they were able to get it fixed right away! Great customer service and communication. Thank you for a very pleasant experience! And a huge shout out to Chase for being very professional and responsive. I appreciate your work.
