Auto Glass Direct of Billings

I was really early for a pickup windshield replacement as I am uncomfortable driving in Billings traffic and not sure of finding the address. They took me right away though I would have been comfortable waiting. My interior windows were cleaned, dashboard cleaned, a little water left for me and a thank you note. I haven't seen this level of the way Montanans do business for many years except in smaller communities. So I really thank these guys.

Had an amazing experience getting my windshield fixed today they got it done within an hour of me dropping it off in the morning! Super friendly all around and very well put together facility, I will most definitely be coming back and telling other friends and family to come here!

These guys are great. I took in two trucks in one week for windshield replacement. I was early both times, but both times they took me right away and the service was done in half the time they told me it could take. The quality was excellent and the people were pleasant and professional.

I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced here. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The employee I worked with was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I also really appreciated the waiting area — the positive, inspirational quotes on the walls were a nice touch and made the time pass pleasantly. Little details like that say a lot. I would definitely recommend this place.

I arrived about 30 mins early and my car was immediately placed in the bay and work began. The customer lounge was comfy with a large couch, a coffee station, and TV. My install took less than an hour and I was ready to roll. The thank-you card left in the car was a nice finishing touch. I highly recommend contacting Jason at Auto Glass Direct of Billings for your next windshield replacement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
