Auto Glass Discounters

Absolutely great. This is the 2nd time I've used them. Same fella each time and he is quick, observant, & great customer. Great pricing.

Terrible experience. They arrived hours after the appointment time and when he finished the job, all of the glass was still in the car that I had to clean up. The tech also damaged my vehicle and they blame it on me. I called and messaged and they are blaming the damage their tech did on me.

Excellent customer service.Called a couple days in advance, they ordered my replacement windows, then got me scheduled a day earlier than I anticipated. Quality work and very time efficient, hands down better price than anywhere else in the Tri-State area. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional. Did not come on time, rescheduled for another day because of the snow on roads then next day we waited all day for them to show up, after reaching out again was told they were coming from Pittsburgh then showed up 20 minutes later. . Left a mess around and inside vehicle.

Had the windshield on my Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced on 4/12/21. The service tech called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment and showed up right on time. Very nice person......we chatted the entire time he was here as if we'd known each other for years. VERY professional. All the work was done in no time. He explained all the steps he took for removal and installation and was tedious about keeping everything clean. I'd recommend these folks to anyone needing window/windshield work done.
