Auto glass express did great service and had the part in stock they have their own warehouse so I came to the right place they saved me time

BEWARE! I had my windshield replaced at this location in April 2023. A few weeks ago my windshield cracked, and when I brought it to a repair shop they uncovered the dishonest work completed by AutoGlass Express, led by supervisor Jimmy. While working on my car, they broke one of the bolts used to mount the camera to its bracket. Proper procedure would be to inform the owner of the issue, and order a replacement bolt before proceeding with the windshield replacement. Instead, they used a piece of string to secure the camera to the bracket, and completed the windshield replacement. After doing some research, I’ve learned that the integrity of the windshield is not guaranteed in this case, and it may have caused the current crack. I’ve been in contact with the co-owner Luigi Guillen. He’s admitted that it is not uncommon for techs to do this kind of thing, even though it is clearly not the right thing to do. Worse, Luigi has failed to take full accountability or acknowledge that the poor workmanship could have caused the current crack (there are no signs of external damage to my windshield). This company lacks integrity, and the ability to take accountability for their actions. Luigi is more concerned with paying out of pocket for the cost of repairs, than he is the reputation and integrity of his business.

Kevin and Gene were so nice and quick/efficient with replacing my windshield. They said I could sit inside while they did the repair and they'd give me a call when it's done. I was worried about having to pay over $500 and using insurance, but thankfully it was lower than expected so I paid out of pocket. I paid $324(ish) to have my windshield replaced. They drove to my neighborhood and I just parked my car outside. I would HIGHLY recommend this business if you need any work done!

I always appreciate a company that tries to offer same-day repairs when they can. Safelite couldn’t fit me in until next week, but Auto Express Glass got me in the same day and quoted less. The replacement and recalibration were done in about two hours and my windshield looks brand new. Jimmy, who handled the quote, was very responsive while I was shopping around. His quick communication and straightforward pricing made it easy to drive the extra 20 miles to give them a try. I would definitely recommend this place for any glass repair you may need.
